Great purchase experience with Roman! We had tested a couple of other mattress brands but before we made our final decision we decided to drive into SF from Walnut Creek to try McRroskey. We heard about their good reputation for quality and service but had never tried one before. Before we bought yet another memory foam mattress we wanted to give a more “traditional “ mattress a try. We’ve owned 3 over the years and while each one was initially comfortable, over just a few short years they began to compress and cause back pains and morning stiffness for both of us!
As it turned out we were the only customers in the store so we were able to take our time. Roman was excellent! He sanitized the mattresses before we tested each. He was knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each type and made insightful suggestions when we were unsure about whether to go firm or “gentle”. He allowed us to test each mattress without crowding us or pressuring us to make a decision. I’m sure we spent well over 1.5 hours in the store. We ended up purchasing the firm platform mattress with the addition of a French made topper so both of us could feel comfortable sleeping on back and sides. We are looking forward to having the mattress in our home.
