We have done business with McRoskey Mattress Company for many years since discovering them when we lived in San Jose, Ca, back in the 80's. We liked their mattresses so much, that when we moved to Hawaii in 1992, and we built a new house in Kona, Hawaii on the Big Island, we ordered a new set for our new house. After 14 years in Paradise, we moved back to Texas. And we continued doing business with them Our latest adventure was getting a set of California King High Quality mattress covers for our Spilt King mattresses. Some how in all that was going on, including the snow That texas had never seen the likes of before, our package got misdelivered. Charles Davies of McRoskey helped us get what we ordered within a week of being informed that it had been misdelivered. We are still very happy with the quality and care that McRoskey has always shown to us.

Customer service here is a prime example of how customer service should be. The showroom is a respite from Market street and they have they're own off street parking lot on the side of the building.
